WANT THE FREEDOM AND INDEPENDENCE OF YOUR OWN BUSINESS? OR JUST WANT TO MAKE THESE PAVERS FOR YOUR OWN USE? WE ARE THE SOURCE.
The "HOW TO" process is so simple... virtually anyone can do it!
It's like making a cake! But no oven is needed!
HERE'S HOW...
1. Lubricate the molds... a light vegetable oil will do if you don't have mold release.
2. Mix a bag of pre-mix concrete… get a shovel, water, and something to mix it in.
3. Add some concrete color, which is optional… unless you want just plain gray.
4. Pour mix into molds… vibrate a bit to compact concrete and release air bubbles.
5. Let the filled molds sit a day or so, undisturbed… over-night is fine.
6. Carefully flip the molds over the next day… and pop out what you’ve created from the mold!
That is obviously a simplified version of the process, but it is that easy.
And FREE instructions and email support are included with each purchase.
WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING:
You are purchasing one set of 12 molds (SET #P-4006-OR), consisting of TWO 6"x6"x3", FIVE 6"x12"x3", THREE 12"x12"x3", and TWO 12"x18"x3" thick Paver Molds that will make a 36-inch square (9 square feet) batch of pavers or tiles per pour using all of the molds. When combined, they make up the popular three-size Opus Romano Pattern as illustrated in the photo above. The paver or tile surface will be smooth, with "pillow" edges and corners... meaning slightly rounded. The mold photos illustrate a rough surface, but that is only on the outside of the mold... not the molding surface.
These pavers or tiles are ideal for using the Travertine finish technique on. With it, you achieve a true Travertine finish with controlled quantity and texture of bug holes, and roughness. You get the look of smooth finished travertine when grout is used afterwards to fill these holes and textures in, especially when using white grout. Note the photo of the dining area floor.
This set of molds is designed to make the Opus Romano Square Pattern illustrated above, using 12 pavers or tiles of four mixed sizes. The pattern measures a nominal 36"x36" square, or 9 square feet of area. Or you can choose one of our other three or four-pattern Opus Romano Sets (P-3006-OR or P-5006-OR) which allows you to make a different pattern area in only one pour. The 3-size pattern makes a 6.25, and the other 4-size pattern makes a 9 square foot pattern per pour using four sizes as illustrated in those pattern diagrams.
And if you want a Travertine type of finish like the photo, we will provide Free instructions on how to get and control the number of worm-holes and surface roughness on the pavers. Just go to our Free Training and Instructions website at TheMoldStore.info for instructions on this and other techniques you can use.
Larger quantity sets to make more molds per pour are available elsewhere in the store as well, and include FREE SHIPPING!
